Experienced Attorneys Achieving Results for Injury Victims

Led by attorneys Richard A. Russo and Andrew D. Bigda, our team of personal injury lawyers, paralegals and support staff are well prepared to handle serious personal injury litigation. We take a team approach to achieving results for our clients. While injury victims may work directly with one attorney on an accident case, other attorneys are available as a resource for focused and specific information that may be required to succeed in Pennsylvania courts.

Richard A. Russo graduated magna cum laude from Wilkes University and cum laude from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia. Since being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1980, he has dedicated his career to serving personal injury victims. Attorney Russo belongs to a number of professional associations and has served as president of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Attorney Russo is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of lawyers in the United States who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. Mr. Russo is also AV-rated* under Martindale Hubbell's peer rating system.

Andrew D. Bigda graduated from St. Lawrence University and from Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Pennsylvania and Maryland bars in 1995, he served as a Luzerne County Assistant District Attorney, where he tried a number of significant criminal cases before joining Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald LLP.

Since 2000, Mr. Bigda has dedicated a large percentage of his practice to personal injury litigation. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict in state and federal courts. In 2005, before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Attorney Bigda gained a significant victory on behalf of accident victims, successfully arguing that the owner of a motor vehicle was responsible for the vehicle driver's negligence.
