Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald LLP was established in 1954 by two brothers: the late Max Rosenn, a former Senior Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and Harold Rosenn, an accomplished Pennsylvania attorney.
In an effort to expand their practice, the brothers sought out highly qualified attorneys who possessed three basic qualities — integrity, ability and compatibility. After exhausting a list of approximately 300 area lawyers, they settled on two. They choose Mitchell Jenkins, a former U.S. Congressman and Brigadier General, and Henry Greenwald, a renowned corporate lawyer.
The firm went on be one of the oldest, largest and most well respected law firms in northeastern Pennsylvania. For over fifty years, we have built a reputation for excellence in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including personal injury litigation.
